Manage Shipments

Overview

Shipment Management provides a centralized workspace to create and manage shipments throughout their lifecycle. It enables users to control every step of the shipping process from entering shipment details and generating labels to finalizing shipments and preparing them for carrier pickup or dispatch.

Using Shipment Management, you can:

  • Create and edit shipments
  • View and search shipments at different lifecycle stages
  • Generate and print shipping labels
  • Finalize shipments and move them to the Final List

Lifecycle Transition Example

A typical shipment lifecycle follows this flow:

Draft > Printable > Printed > Final List > Dispatched

The View Shipments page reflects each of these stages and provides the appropriate actions at every step.
